All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Uncommon Candle Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages
We care highly that you receive your order undamaged and intact. However, if you received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and contact us as well.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancellation, Return, & Exchange Policy

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 12 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending us an email at uncommoncandles@outlook.com
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. The address to return the products to will be specified in an email discussing the return.

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
